An introductory class:

In the Introductory session we will complete a full Hatha yoga class which will give you:

  • A relaxed body and mind

  • Greater awareness of your posture and breathing

  • Knowledge of how to work with stiffness and locks in the body

  • Insight into your spine and pelvis alignment

  • Breath practices and movements to help in moments of stress

This is a 1-hour 15 mins of self-care and meditation that enables you to reconnect with your inner strength :)

A one-to-one class is for you if:

  • You’re ready to go deeper into yoga’s practices, breath techniques and spirituality ✨

  • You looking for yoga to be a healing and soothing part of your life

  • It’s your dream to have a home self-practice

  • You love traditional practices such as chanting, yoga nidra and yoga philosophy
