You will practice chanting, stretching your spine in all directions :), sun salutations and a yoga nidra - deep relaxation.

Nurturing Hatha Yoga class

This class is 45-min and suitable for the majority of yoga practitioners. Join me as we flow and stretch, coming into presence, and releasing tension and tightness from your whole body and mind.

Ujjayi and Dirga Breath class

You’ll also soon receive a short breath work class on how to do Ujjayi and Dirga Breath - two breathing exercises which are amazing for stress and nervous system regulation.

Before You Begin

I’m so glad you’re here. This free recorded Hatha yoga class is offered for educational purposes and is intended to support your wellbeing — but it’s important that you take full responsibility for your own practice.

Please consult your healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, managing an injury, or have a medical condition. As you move through the class, listen to your body, take breaks whenever you need, and modify or skip any posture that doesn’t feel right for you. If you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort, please stop immediately.

Make sure your surroundings and your practices are safe. Do not attempt to take a physical posture that is outside of the scope of your practice.

Cues are suggestions only and by taking part you are agreeing to take responsibility for yourself. Rest or leave anything out that you need to avoid or that does not feel right.
