Wednesday Morning Sun class / recording - 7am-8am

Set the alarm for an amazing start to your day! We’ll chant, move and energise first thing, so you can begin the day connected to yourself and with a calm mind and relaxed, stretched out body.

Friday lunch pranayama & meditation / recording - 12.30-1pm

A dedicated 30-mins to practice pranayama and meditation before your weekend begins. We’ll pause, learn yogic breathing techniques like Kapalabhati and Alternate Nostril Breathing, and sit in stillness together.
