Why book a one-to-one class in person or on Zoom?

I am trained and experienced in working one-to-one - and love this format, as it allows me to tailor the class completely and work very intuitively with my students.

The benefits of even one or two private classes are many:

  • You can refine and go deeper in your practice

  • Work out how to go further in backbends, forward bends, side bends and twists

  • Build a strong foundation if you are a beginner

  • Go slower when returning to fitness after a break, or adapt to an injury or health condition

  • A reconnection with your body and mind if you’re experiencing stress and needing some self-care

My Yoga for All Abilities training and experience means I am able to provide yoga for all levels and abilities.

So whatever the needs of yourself or your group, I would aim to guide you to a better understanding of your body, breath and mind - as well as yogic tools for well-being.

Need a workshop or private group class?

Yoga is a very bonding group activity and you can feel the benefits in mind, body and emotions after only one session.

Unfortunately many people believe they “aren’t flexible enough” to do yoga when actually their flexibility (and strength!) would benefit so much from it.

I specialise in yoga for those in different bodies, so I love teaching people who may have thought yoga was not for them, even though they were curious :)

  • Learn about the spinal movements, and what is a backbend, forward bend, side bend and twist

  • Build a foundation to enter beginner classes
