An introductory class:
In the Introductory session we will complete a full Hatha yoga class which will give you:
A relaxed body and mind
Greater awareness of your posture and breathing
Knowledge of how to work with stiffness and locks in the body
Insight into your spine and pelvis alignment
Breath practices and movements to help in moments of stress
This is an hour of self-care and meditation that enables you to reconnect with your inner strength :)
