An introductory class:

In the Introductory session we will complete a full Hatha yoga class which will give you:

  • A relaxed body and mind

  • Greater awareness of your posture and breathing

  • Knowledge of how to work with stiffness and locks in the body

  • Insight into your spine and pelvis alignment

  • Breath practices and movements to help in moments of stress

This is an hour of self-care and meditation that enables you to reconnect with your inner strength :)
