Amazingly, yoga works deeply on soothing all these parts of us.

This harmonisation is incredibly powerful - and even radical - as it allows us to reconnect with our internal compass!

Monday morning class / recording - 7am-7.15am

Set the alarm for an amazing start to your week! We’ll chant, move and meditate first thing, so you can begin the week connected to yourself and with a calm mind and relaxed, stretched out body.

Tuesday evening class / recording - 8pm-9pm

Perfect for a good night’s sleep at the start of the week and an evening reset :) We’ll move through the whole body, releasing tension and tightness in joints and muscles for a good night’s sleep.

Cost ——£12.50

Wednesday morning class / recording - 9am-9.45am

Join a rejuvenating mid-week class, here we will work on reconnection and caring for the body, emotions and mind at this middle point. Will leave you feeling refreshed and re-energised.

Cost —— £11

Friday lunchtime class / recording - 12.30pm-1pm

Join for a fun and grounding lunch break, perfect for nurturing yourself before your weekend begins. This class will be playful but include all the components so you will leave feeling present and reconnected.

My Yoga for All Abilities training and experience means I am able to provide yoga for all levels and abilities.

So whatever your needs, I will guide you to a better understanding of your body, breath and mind - as well as yoga’s tools for well-being.

How does yoga help you?

Anxiety & Stress?

Optimal and slower breath is key - and poses like spinal twist are incredible for easing into a more relaxed state.

Issues with Sleep?

Stretching the spine and moving each joint allow tensions in the body to be released, for a better night’s sleep.

Digestive Issues?

Yoga poses - as well as belly breathing - massage and stimulate the internal organs and digestive system.

Physical Challenges?

Working to create whole body awareness, yoga poses build strength and flexibility and empower students :)
