Join me for 90-mins of exploring the breath!
This brand-new free workshop includes a presentation on how your breath works. As well as how you can improve your breathing, impacting your overall health and wellbeing.
We will also practice Abdominal Breathing, Ujjayi and Dirga breath and there will be time for Q&A too :))
This workshop is for you if:
You’ve been practicing yoga for a while but feel you’re not progressing / have dropped off
You regularly feel sluggish and tired
You experience overwhelm and/or stress and want a self-care tool to help
You’re really curious about yogic breath practices like Ujjayi
You want to begin a yoga self-practice at home
You will learn:
How breath can impact mind and emotions (and vice versa )
How to move your body/mind/emotions into a more restful state using your breath
How to regulate when in stress or fight-or-flight mode
Ujjayi (Ocean) breath and Dirga (3-part) breath
How to build your lungs’ capacity - leading to a healthier life
