Join me for 90-mins of exploring the breath!
This brand-new free workshop includes a presentation on how your breath works. As well as how you can improve your breathing, impacting your overall health and wellbeing.
We will also practice Abdominal Breathing, Ujjayi and Dirga breath and there will be 20 mins time for Q&A too :))
