All workshops below take place between 3pm-5pm! Classes are 1-hour… 6-7pm.

‘Love your hips: Moon Salutations’ workshop - Practice and breakdown of the sequence - Sunday 22nd February - 3-5pm

Join me for 2-hours of yoga asana, where we break down the moon salutation and practice this hips workout.

This one-off festive special class includes:

  • Chanting - to deepen breath and create presence

  • Joint-releasing - through the whole body! To release tension and pressures

  • Yoga Nidra - a 20-minute guided yoga Nidra for ultimate relaxation :)

  • A guided yoga Nidra / deep relaxation

  • The chance to connect with the peace and stillness that Jesus was talking about :))

Why is yoga Nidra so powerful?

  1. It allows all the benefits of yogic practices to be assimilated by our body’s systems, for example the greater oxygen saturation can be absorbed by every cell.
