‘Moon Salutations: Love your hips’ workshop - Learn the sequence - Sunday 8th March - 6pm-8pm

Join me for 2-hours of yoga, where we break down the moon salutations and practice this hips workout.

This Moon Salutations workshop includes:

  • A grounding chanting meditation - to deepen breath and create presence

  • Mindful Sun Salutations warm up

  • A breakdown of the Moon Salutations pose by pose and transition by transition

  • Full practice of Moon Salutations

  • Yoga Nidra - a 10-minute guided yoga Nidra for ultimate relaxation :)

This workshop is for you if:

  2. Or you’ve never tried the Moon Salutations before, but are experienced with the Sun Salutations

  • Refining asana poses like Trikonasana - Triangle pose, side lunge and Goddess pose
